Anne Roselt – Plascon
Anne Roselt graduated from the University of Natal in 1984 and later joined Plascon Paints as a product manager in the marketing department. She recalls: ‘I was immediately drawn to the possibilities of how paint can transform the mood and atmosphere of a space. When I started in the industry 80% of paint sold was white; the opposite is true today.
‘I gained some experience in the interior decoration industry by working for Angel Interiors in London as a decorative painter for a few years. I did two trips to Jordan where we painted the late King Hussein and Queen Noor’s palace. I also worked in London, Nova Scotia and Bahrain – specialising in wall finishes.
