SA is surviving the recession better than most European (Western) countries and the US (in the main) and the Fifa  vent should introduce the diverse beauty of SA to  at least a couple of hundred thousand people (it should have been half a million).  Will they return, will they see SA as a favourable destination ongoing? What can we do to entice them back?  Certainly,  our property sector - and the service industries of design /  décor /  lifestyle - are sophisticated enough.  Might we benefit long-term?
 
This depends in my estimation on the final impression that these visitors leave with; so far so good, vuvuzela notwithstanding.
