Leaf House
The house that existed on this very special 40 000m2 site was totally disassembled and re-erected in another beach location, outside Rio de Janeiro at Buzios. The unique home that replaced it has a built area of 800m2 and is described by the architects as ‘a simple beach house, with open and comfortable spaces’.

South Coast Solutions
The brief to the architect was to take maximum advantage of the typical KZN south-coast views, both of sea and rolling sugar cane hills and valleys. Further, to recognise climatic factors; north-east and south-west prevailing winds, plus high humidity in the January to March season.

Working Space
This innovative building comprises the living and working space of an architect / designer partnership. The wooden structure has two levels, laid down on a concrete slab, and the house is built on a site of 2 500m2.

Vertical Dimensions
This London townhouse is a large, end-of-terrace Victorian property, which extends over four floors. It was built in 1890 and – recently since a considerable re-model – now has five bedrooms, four bathrooms (three of which are en suite) and two dressing rooms.

Contemporary Canvas
Architect Stefan Antoni’s own home on the Cape Atlantic coast is in what can only be described as an enviable location. This is quite an unusual site of 528m2, being triangular with the long side of the triangle facing one of the most spectacular views of Cape Town.
